How do I take
Shilajit?

Open the jar

Shilajit is a sticky tar-like resin, if there is some resin in the lid, or on the jar, clean it with a damp cloth but please make sure no water get’s inside.

Take half a gram

Take half a gram by using the back of a spoon or your ring finger and dipping it around 6mm in the resin. 

Bring it into your mouth

Bring it to your mouth and let it dissolve through your saliva, drink some water or milk to swallow everything down. If the taste is too strong for you, lukewarm water will make it disappear faster.  

Every day for minimum 3 months

After 3 months the shilajit will be working full force and you can start enjoying the benefits, the longer you take it the longer the effects will last. If you take it consistently for 2 years, the ancient wisdom keepers say it will benefit you for the rest of your life.
